The Renewal Group Team: Fred Arnstein, Ph.D.

Fred served for many years as vice president of Curriculum Development and then of Survey Research at ODI, a major consulting and training company. Since 1999, he has worked independently with a variety of clients in both assessment and in training. His survey and assessment work includes customer studies, employee opinion surveys, and quality diagnostics. Some of these were multi-year surveys that included extensive work-unit feedback and action planning. His work in learning architecture and curriculum development has included authorship of major training interventions for many major companies.

Through his work, Fred has found that, contrary to much popular wisdom, profound change in personal outlook and habits is possible and does happen. He has been trained in Neurolinguistic Programming and in physical change modalities (with national certification). He has developed the concept of Easy Change as an alternative to the more common idea of willful change. He is actively involved in the Global Resiliency Network, with emphasis on the practices of Restructuring thinking, Mindfulness, and the Power of Intentionality.
