Change Mastery - Taking Charge of Change
Program Design:

Taking Charge of Change is targeted for executive and management personnel. It is comprised of two modules:

Module One: Personal and Professional Change Readiness, Hardiness and Mastery
Module Two: Organizational Change Readiness, Hardiness and Mastery

Each module is designed as a one-day program that builds upon the previous module. Although each module can stand alone as a one-day program, participants are better equipped to implement a change project after completing both modules. The program content is delivered using our “3D” Model of learning:

  • Discovery
  • Development
  • Deployment

As a participant in the Taking Change of Change program you will:

Discover:

  • If you, your team and organization are ready for change
  • If you are change hardy
  • Why Change requires leadership
  • Why and how emotions rule change efforts
  • Why managing energy is more important than managing time
  • Why trust is the emotion that makes or breaks all change efforts

Develop:

  • A vision that engages your human resources
  • Skills and tools to address change readiness
  • Critical renewal and resiliency skills to strengthen your change hardiness
  • How to apply realistic optimism to build trust
  • Listening skills to help assess when to push, pull and reassess

Deploy:

  • Your vision of change
  • Listening sessions to assess readiness, progress and problems
  • A plan of small wins to build confidence and skill
  • Yourself. Be visible, show interest, give appreciation and debrief the wins and setbacks for learning. and most of all, avoid the Micro-Managers Illusion
