Relationship- Centered Leadership: "Achieving Optimal Performance… Through the Power of Relationships"
Relationship – Centered Leadership
The Art and Science of Optimal Performance & Leadership
Have you felt the dramatic shifts occurring in your personal and professional life, the same shifts that are jolting the foundations of organizations? One of these major shifts is called Globalization and it is affecting you and your organization in small and significant ways. It is changing the way we experience and navigate our personal, professional and organizational lives.
There are many facets of globalization but one basic thread that runs through them all is that Relationships Matter!
In a shifting and changing landscape the strength and quality of relationships are fundamental to achieving success. Leaders who lack relational skills will find themselves treading water. Being a leader in this landscape requires new skills and ways of understanding the relational requirements of performance.
You may have heard that we are in the age of globalization or technology. To accept this is to miss what the 21st. century is really about. It is much more elemental - we are in the Age of Relationships. Never before has our understanding and ability to connect and sustain thriving relationships been so critical and so challenged. This is no longer a "go it alone world" – those that try are in for an uncertain and rough experience.
Relationships are the most basic and elemental aspects of human survival and transformation – they are the keys to optimal human performance – yours, your team and your organization.
- Are you working faster and harder and not seeing the results you want for yourself, your team and organization?
- Have you noticed that the experience and skills you once relied on no longer insure success?
- Have you noticed a shift in values and attitudes in your workforce?
- Have you noticed that “one size” doesn’t fit all; particularly when it involves workforce and customer engagement and loyalty?
- Are you spending valuable time on human performance issues?
If these questions concern you, then you will benefit from the Relationship – Centered Leadership Program™. Optimal performance and leadership are an art and science. Studies show that leaders who have higher levels of emotional and social intelligence (EQ & SI) out perform their peers and rivals. Why? Because EQ and SI are the qualities that resonate with employees and customers at a deeper human level, which results in higher levels of influence, trust and performance. The RCL Program integrates the sciences of emotional, social intelligence and resiliency with the art of applying these competencies for business results.
