The Renewal Group Team: Gabriele M. Ganswindt

Gabriele Ganswindt in 1995 founded Shared Learning International, a network of seasoned worldwide consultants, coaches and facilitators of personal and organizational transformation. In 2003 she founded the Global Resiliency Network, whose purpose is to connect thought leaders and practitioners in the field of organizational resilience from around the globe to foster global learning and the practice of strengthening resilience.

Gabriele’s work focuses on leadership coaching and choreography with an emphasis on strengthening ambidextrous leadership, cultural integration and resiliency in individuals and organization. Prior to founding Shared Learning International, she was director of the leadership practice at ODI, an international training and change management consulting firm. As a German native, she has coached and consulted with executives of both European and US corporations for 19 years.
