He is the president of Paradigm Ventures, Inc., a corporation dedicated to nurturing personal mastery, professional excellence, and organizational vitality. Larry also provides customized Personal & Professional Renewal programs in wilderness environments, and is licensed as an Independent Social Worker. He is also a partner in The Renewal Group.
Larry has an extensive background of work in the arenas of leadership development, and personal and team effectiveness. In addition to personalized executive coaching services, he provides training and consulting to corporate, government, religious, health care and mental health organizations. In multi-cultural settings, he has been involved in training facilitators in the utilization of experiential learning systems for fourteen years.
