Relationship-Centered Leadership Program
Our economy is rapidly transitioning from a manufacturing economy to a value added and service-oriented economy. At the heart of service and value are authentic relationships: interpersonal relationships, intergroup relationships, and interdepartmental relationships. The essential element required to be competitive and to distinguish ones services and products is the ability to forge authentic relationships and to sustain them through change and adversity.
This program is highly interactive and builds knowledge, understanding and competencies in the following areas:
- Accessing ones Emotional Intelligence and how to use its wisdom and influence in creating authentic relationships
- Learning the keys to communicating and listening authentically
- Utilizing resilient energy to be your best for self and others
- Utilizing EI and resilient energy for relationship enhancement
- Growing and sustaining relationships to weather change and adversity
- Creating "right relationships" for personal and professional effectiveness and well-being
- Developing and using Emotional Resonance in creating authenticity

Leadership and the New Sciences

The program is designed for groups of 8-25 to maximize learning and participation.
Format:
- Two-day program is designed to heighten awareness, provide a conceptual model for change, and define areas of focus for individual action planning for change and growth.
- Three-Day intensive program is designed to improve individual and team performance. Participants will integrate, enhance and apply relationship centered leadership into their personal, professional and organizational roles and positions. The preferred schedule is one-day per a month for 3 consecutive months.
- Individual coaching program can be customized to assist professionals in developing and applying relationship-centered leadership for improved effectiveness.
- A 21-day follow-up and coaching process is recommended for improved outcomes and results.
