Resilient Leadership -- Skills for Leading in Turbulent Times
Success in business is a reward for organizations and professionals who can sustain their energy, creativity and drive in the midst of continual change, pressure and fierce competition while maintaining their responsiveness to the needs and demands of clients and customers. For some this appears to be a natural ability and for others it erodes their effectiveness. Fortunately, studies and science have been able to identify how individuals and organizations can increase their resilient capacities and reduce the negative consequences of diminished resiliency. This program is important for all professionals whose responsibilities include meeting and balancing organizational needs with the needs of employees, clients and customers.
